Arizona's rape law does not allow a person to consent to sex for some
standard reasons- the victim is a child, developmentally disabled,
etc.... But also: a person cannot consent to sex if they have been
tricked into thinking the other person IS THEIR SPOUSE.
Once the dust clears, I'd really like to read the case that created
that rule.
Kristina guessed it had something to do with twins... When I figure it
out, I'll share.
