Our smoke detector, at about 20 ft off from the floor, has had a low battery and been "tweeting" since last Thursday. It's been... intense. Our landlord was over tonight with his 4 yr old daughter. The tweeting has stopped. And I miss interacting with kids.
Landlord: How old is the dog?
Me: He's seven and a half.
Girl: That's the same age as my brother!
Me: Maybe they are long-lost twins.
Girl: ... I don't think so.
