CRIME ALERT!

Sometime between 1pm 3/23 and 1pm 3/24, bicycle seat stolen off of mildly inoperable bike (due to being left outside all winter) south of the UW campus in Madison. Asshole responsible should know a) I hate you b) I filed a police report and c) how am I supposed to ride my bike now? I HATE you.
