I appreciate the parallel drawn between LoBu's cancer and Dick's hunting incident.
FEMA is bringing back AID!!!... and this is also of personal interest. So glad they're putting the rationale in "easily understandable" letters. Maybe they should just quote Kanye. Speaking of New Orleans...
