A woman has been going door-to-door at night and asking people to use their bathroom. When she emerges from the bathroom, she has a knife and steals their stuff. So apparently the Madison police do have something else to do, but more importantly-- DON'T LET STRANGE WOMEN USE YOUR BATHROOM. In the words of amazingly aptly-named Police Chief, Noble Wray, there are plenty of public places in town for people to use the bathroom, they don't have to use yours.
... isn't this kind of refreshing? A real old-fashioned-type robber?

We've already learned that down here in Texas. After homeless people started coming up to our office, we were instructed not to give them the key to the bathroom. Then one of them defecated in the elevator.
