Ex: D's train fails to stop at the station and the conductor negligently tells P to walk home. To get home, P must walk back through a "hobo encampment." The criminal rape of P by a hobo is foreseeable, and D would be civilly liable for the rape.
Um, class was severely lacking instruction in liability to and for hobos. Also, I am pretty sure this example is offensive and we're not calling a hobo a hobo anymore. Next up: Torts and orientals.
